Travel Policy

All 3-Day Vegas Valley Baseball Events are Stay to Play. Vegas Valley Baseball works with the CSTT Sports Travel, our primary tournament sponsor. They have been in the Las Vegas market for many years and have a long-standing partnership with Las Vegas hotels and resorts.  This is a free service to teams, and you are guaranteed the lowest group rate.

Rooming Requirements:

1.     Local Teams within 100 miles will be exempt.  Teams can still utilize the CSTT partnership and secure a block room rate with CSTT.

2.     Teams are required to book through CSTT Sports Travel. This will automate and simplify booking and reporting your team’s rooms to Vegas Valley Baseball. A minimum of 20 total room nights per team will satisfy Vegas Valley Travel Policy. 

3.     CSTT will provide Vegas Valley with report of teams who have booked through CSTT platform, so you do not need to report rooms to event director.

4.     Out-of-town teams that wish to stay outside of the CSTT lodging options, such as campgrounds, RV parks, VRBO, etc. can choose to pay the Lodging Surcharge of $350 to Vegas Valley Baseball.

Schedule requests, Multi Team Discount, Field Request will only be considered after the following are met:

1.     CSTT File # showing number of booked rooms

2.     Stay and Play surcharge paid to Vegas Valley Baseball

To reserve your block for the event simply click on the Hotel Info link on the tournament web site.  You can view availability, and rates at any time. 

Any reservation booked through a 3rd party provider such as VRBO, Hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, Hotel Planners, or using rewards points or booked outside of CSTT will not fulfill requirements and will require the lodging surcharge to be paid by your team or will not be scheduled for the event.
