2018 Little League Pertinent Rules for leagues umpired by Vegas Valley Baseball

Bat Regulations

As of January 1, 2018, the new USA Baseball Bat Standard was implemented. USABat Standard bats must be used in the Little League Major Baseball Division and below. Either USABat Standard bats or BBCOR bats must be used at the Intermediate (50/70) Baseball and Junior League Baseball Divisions. At the Senior League Baseball Division, all bats must be meet the BBCOR standard. Little League-approved baseball bats that were approved for use for the 2017 season will no longer be acceptable for use in any Little League game or activity as of January 1, 2018. Boulder City (BCLL) - Veterans Field [Updated 03/2018]

Minor
10-run rule after 3.5 or 4 complete innings
No new 1:45 (Drop Dead 2:00, complete current batter)
Inning ends after 3 outs or entire lineup
(Maximum batters per inning for both teams shall be the smaller amount of total batters each team has available at game time. (Example: Team A has 10 kids, Team B has 12, and the maximum number of batters per inning would be 10) 
Max 5 runs per inning (except 6th inning)

7 pitches, if 7th pitch (and any subsequent pitch) results in a fould ball, another pitch is allowed.
Ball is dead when in control in the infield or by Coach Pitcher
Only runners halfway will be allowed to advance
Inning ends after 3 outs, or 5 runs score (runs are unlimited starting with 5th inning)No Infield Fly

Rookie End of Season (Mission, Morrell)

Play stops when defenisve player or coach has ball inside the dirt circle
Coach must be in contact with rubber while pitching
No New 1h30m (Drop Dead 1h45m, finish the current at-bat)
No walks / hit by pitch / bunting
10 players on defense (4 outfielders)
Side is retired when: 3-outs / lineup is batted / or 5 runs scored

Rookie End of Season (Dos E, Dos W)

AA

A game shall consist of 6 innings or no-new-inning time limit of 1h30m (whichever comes first) Drop Dead time is 1h45m.
There will be a 5 run maximum in each inning. Once a team has scored 5 runs the inning is over for that team. However, if the Visiting team is down by more than 5 runs going into the 6th inning, they will still get their at bat as long as the time limit has not expired. Home team will not get at bat if ahead in last inning.
May not advance home on a passed ball or wild pitch

AAA

A game shall consist of 6 innings or no-new-inning time limit of 1h30m (whichever comes first) Drop Dead time is 1h45m.
