Vegas Valley Baseball Stay-to-Play Policy
All Vegas Valley Baseball events are Stay to Play. Vegas Valley Baseball works with Traveling Teams, our primary tournament sponsor. They have been in the Las Vegas market for many years and have a long-standing partnership with Las Vegas hotels and resorts. This is a free service to teams, and you are guaranteed the lowest group rate.
Rooming Requirements:
Local Teams within 100 miles will be exempt. Teams can still utilize the Traveling Teams partnership and secure a block room rate.
Teams are required to book through Traveling Teams. This will automate and simplify booking and reporting your team’s rooms to Vegas Valley Baseball.
Traveling Teams will provide Vegas Valley with a report of teams who have booked through their platform, so you do not need to report rooms to the event director.
Schedule Requests & Additional Considerations
Schedule requests, multi-team discounts, and field requests will only be considered after the following are met Traveling Teams confirmation file # showing number of booked rooms.
To reserve your hotel block for the event, simply click on the Hotel Info link on the tournament website. You can view availability and rates at any time.
Third-Party Booking Disclaimer
Any reservations booked through a third-party provider such as VRBO, Hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, Hotel Planners, or using rewards points or made outside of Traveling Teams will not fulfill the Stay to Play requirements and our team will risk being excluded from the tournament schedule.
For assistance, you can contact Traveling Teams directly at (xxx)XXX-XXXX . It’s easy to block, share, and book! Families may also choose to stay at different hotels to best fit their individual needs — all stays booked through Traveling Teams will count toward your team’s total room nights.
